Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

SleepMaster collects no personal data. All features run entirely on your local device, with no network requests and no information uploaded anywhere. We do not require you to create an account.

2. Data Storage

Your sound mixes, favorites, sound order, background theme, timers, per-sound volume levels, language, and breathing preferences are stored only on your local device and are never uploaded to any server. Deleting the app removes all of this data permanently.

3. Device Permissions

SleepMaster requests only the background audio permission (see section 4) and no other device permissions. It does not access the microphone, camera, photo library, media library, contacts, location, or health data, and it does not send notifications. All audio you hear is generated or played from files bundled inside the app.

4. Background Audio Permission

To continue playing sleep sounds when your screen is locked or when you switch to another app, this app requests background audio permission.

This permission is used solely to keep audio playing. It does not collect, upload, or share any data.

5. Purchases

• The optional "Premium" upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit.
• Prices and availability are set by Apple and may vary by region and currency.
• We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or any payment instrument data. Payment is handled entirely within Apple's secure payment system.
• Your entitlement is validated by Apple and cached locally on your device solely to unlock premium content while the app is running.
• Refunds, cancellations, and Family Sharing status are managed by Apple. You can restore a previous purchase at any time from inside the app.

6. Third Parties

This app integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, contains no advertisements, and shares no data with any third party. The only external interaction is the in-app purchase flow, which is handled by Apple's StoreKit framework.

7. Diagnostics and Crash Reporting

The app does not collect or transmit analytics, telemetry, or crash reports. Technical failures are logged only to the device's local system console and are never sent to us or anyone else.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Your Rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or delete. You may delete the app at any time, and all local data will be removed with it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app. Any material change will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
